ເຊິ່ງໃນການແຂ່ງຂັນຄັ້ງນີ້ແມ່ນໄດ້ຈັດຂຶ້ນໂດຍສະຖານທູດອາເມລິກາ ເຊິ່ງມີຫຼາຍໆສະຖານບັນສຶກສາເຂົ້າຮ່ວມເຊັ່ນ:ປັນຍາທິບ, ກຽດຕິສັກ, AIS, ວິທະຍາໄລ ແສງສະຫວັນ, ວິທະຍາໄລ ຣັດຕະນະ, ວິທະຍາໄລ ລາວ-ອາເມລິກາ, ວິທະຍາໄລ ຄອມເຊັນເຕີ, ພາກວິຊາສຶກສາສາດ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ແລະ ຄະນະນິຕິສາດ-ລັດຖະສາດ.
ໂດຍການແຂ່ງຂັນເວົ້າຄັ້ງນີ້ແມ່ນຈະໃຫ້ແຕ່ລະສະຖາບັນສົ່ງໂຕແທນຂຶ້ນມາເວົ້າກ່ຽວກັບຄວາມຝັນຂອງຕົນທີ່ມີຢູ່ ສະຖານບັນ ວິທະຍາໄລ ລາວ-ທ໊ອບເຮົາແມ່ນໄດ້ອັນດັບທີໜຶ່ງໃນການແຂ່ງຂັນຄັ້ງນີ້ ຜູ້ທີ່ຂຶ້ນໄປເວົ້າແມ່ນ ທ້າວ ອາທິດ ນັກສຶກສາປີທີ 5 ສາຂາພາສາອັງກິດ ພາກຄ່ຳ ໂດຍບົດຄວາມມີດັ່ງນີ້:

Good morning ladies and gentlemen!
What a wonderful opportunity to be here! My name is Arthith SENGMANEE.
I am a student of Lao-Top College.
Introduction
– I remembered when I was 8 year old, eating sticky rice and papaya salad with my brother, he asked me “Arthith,what do you want to be in the future?” I said, “I want to be an English teacher”. And he said “a teacher?” and I answered him confidently “Yes!” He laughed at meand said “But teachers make very little money.
– I came from a very small Village in Luangprabang Province, where just about everyone is poor and many don’t finish school. Even though they went to school, they didn’t understand the importance of education?They didn’t know why they had to study and most had never dreamed about their future!
Body
What is your dream? Some people dream of being a lawyer, or a doctor, maybe a police man or a nurse. But, what I see in MANY Lao students is a lack of dreams! When you ask them“What do you want to do after graduation?” their answer is usually “I don’t know yet!!”
Well, I was different! I had a dream! I wanted to be an English teacher.
Do you want to know the reason why?
The first reason was that I wanted to motivate those students in my Village to study harder and let them see the importance of education. In my heart, I really wanted them to grow ontheir intellectual-well being. I want them to understand and embrace the importance of education for a BIGGER and BRIGHTER FUTURE! I see most of them as farmers or jungle hunters … which is OK, if that is their dream. But I would love to teach them step by step by doing something bigger. Definitely instruct them to a greater future awaits to those who dream and believe big!
And the second reason I wanted to be a teacher isI know I can be different from many teachers. For example, I remember many of my teachers, they came to class without preparation, and they just wanted to finish their job and collect their salary. For me, that’s not my purpose. A teacher is a leader, a guide for the student’s life! I would give them direction to go further, encourage them to develop their dreams, teach them to see the future for their own family
Conclusion
You know, after my brother laughed at my dream, I asked him “what is more important in life: happiness? Or Money? He thought for a minute and answered” you are right my little brother, Happiness is more important than money. You will be an English teacher, in fact, you just taught me lesson in life”
